queriac blog

This tumblelog is about Queriac, an online tool that allows you to manage your quicksearches, shortcuts, and bookmarklets by taking them out of your browser profile and onto the web, making them portable, taggable, shareable, and generally easier to manage. Drawing from the concept of YubNub and extending it in the spirit of del.icio.us, Queriac effectively turns your browser’s address bar into a flexible command line. To start using Queriac, head over to http://queri.ac.

A few minor updates

I found a little time tonight to make a few updates, both cosmetic and functional. Here’s a synopsis:

  • The CSS bug that was making header links sometimes annoyingly difficult to click is now fixed.
  • The HTTP referrer is now stored with all queries. I can’t remember why I wanted to do this in the first place, but I’m sure I had a good reason. Hmm..
  • The command editing page now has delete link on it.
  • Other minor tweaks
  • GET parameter injection goodness (See next post)
